🦷 The Role
We’re looking for a part-time RDA who fits right into our energy and culture:
🗓️ Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Thursday: 6:45 AM- 3:15 PM
💰 Pay: $18–$26/hr (based on experience) 🎁 Perks: PTO + 401(k) after tenure
✨ Who You Are
You’re the kind of RDA who:
Has 5+ years of experience + active Texas RDA license Can chat with patients, calm nerves, and make people feel cared for Shows up with a positive, “let’s get it done” attitude Is organized—but not rigid Learns fast and likes growing your skills Can handle a busy day without losing your smile Is reliable, trustworthy, and team-first
🦷 What You’ll Actually Do (besides being awesome)-
Make patients feel comfortable from hello to goodbye Assist with clinical procedures + expanded duties per Texas law Keep operatories clean, stocked, and ready to roll Educate patients and support treatment acceptance Give great post-op instructions (with kindness, not confusion) Help the front desk with scheduling + phones when needed Support treatment presentations as a team player Keep things smooth, clean, and efficient.
