Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Endodontist Assistant with at least 1 year of dental or endodontic assisting experience. In this role, you’ll support our endodontist by preparing instruments, taking X-rays, and ensuring seamless root canal procedures in a collaborative, high-tech setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the endodontist during root canal treatments
- Operate and maintain apex locators and rotary instruments
- Prepare and sterilize endodontic instruments and materials
- Capture and develop endodontic X-rays
- Ensure operatory rooms are stocked and ready for each procedure
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting or endodontic assisting experience
- Proficiency in endodontic X-ray techniques and interpretation
- Familiarity with apex locators, rotary instruments, and sterilization procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Current dental assistant certification or licensure (per state requirements)
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday, with rotating shifts

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay: $20 - $22 per hour
