Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist with 1+ years of experience to join our friendly, patient-centered practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering exceptional service in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence
Maintain accurate patient records and process insurance information
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle billing and payment processing

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of reception or front-desk experience, preferably in a dental setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
Friendly, professional demeanor and a patient-focused attitude

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Standard office hours (schedule details provided upon hire)
