Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a confident, personable, and clinically strong Associate Dentist who is motivated to produce and grow. This is an ideal opportunity for a doctor who wants to take their career to the next level — both clinically and financially.
You should be:
- Comfortable diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment plans
- Strong in bread-and-butter dentistry (crowns, fillings, hygiene exams)
- Interested in or experienced with implants, cosmetics, and Invisalign aligners
- Confident in patient communication and case acceptance
- Growth-oriented and coachable
Responsibilities
- Perform general dental procedures (restorative, preventative, cosmetic, exams)
- Diagnose and present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Build trust with patients and deliver a high-end experience
- Collaborate with team members to optimize patient flow and production
- Continuously improve clinical and communication skills
- Dentrix savy
- Can handle 60-80 NP’s a month
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily guarantee: $700–$900 (based on experience)
- or % of collections (whichever is greater)
- Bonus opportunities based on production

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to grow clinically and financially
