Key Responsibilities
- Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
- Change archwires and place separators
- Polish teeth and prepare surfaces for bonding
- Capture and document orthodontic records (photos, impressions, X-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years of orthodontic assistance experience
- Certification or willingness to obtain:
- RDA License
- CPR/BLS
- X-Ray Certification
- Orthodontic Assistant Certification (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work Monday–Friday in a collaborative dental team

Compensation
Hourly pay range: $25 – $32 per hour
