Experienced Dental Hygienist – $50-60/hr | Patient-Centered Team

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of experience to join our patient-centered practice. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality preventative and periodontal care in a team-oriented environment that values collaborative decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Perform dental cleanings, radiographs, and comprehensive oral health assessments
• Educate patients on preventative care, treatment planning, and periodontal maintenance
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized care plans
• Administer local anesthesia (if certified) and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold safety and compliance standards
• Utilize an accelerated hygiene schedule with a dedicated assistant
• Provide professional polishing and flossing services to patients

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• RDH license in good standing; Local Anesthesia certification preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
• Availability Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule
