In the dashboard, you can view the profile picture of the professional as well as their experience. You can view their phone number on the day of the shift. If you have any specific questions about the professional you’re matched with. You can reach out to your dedicated account manager.
We have a 98% fill rate for shifts posted 48 hours and longer in advance. We have an 85% fill rate within 24 hours of a shift being posted.
If you find a temporary professional you love, you have the option to offer them a job without any Toothio placement fees. This means you can try before you commit. After all, anyone can shine for a single day. Our rating system means you can request the same professional for multiple days (or weeks), allowing your practice to assess if they align well with your culture, team, and patients before making a hiring decision. This approach benefits the professional too, as they can evaluate if a practice is the right fit for them. It's a win-win situation!
We have a pay-as-you-go option. If you utilize us for more than 3 or 4 shifts a month we recommend subscribing to a plan making it more cost-effective for your practice.

After every shift, you rate the experience you had with the Toothio professional. 'Thumbs up' means that you’d like to have them again and they get added to your custom pool of candidates. 'Thumbs down' means that they were not a good fit for your practice and blacklists them from all future shifts posted for your practice. We also have a four-hour guarantee. If you don't like the professional simply send them home.
In your dashboard under the billing tab, you can cancel your subscription. Your subscription is still active until the end date.
In your dashboard under the upcoming shifts tab, click manage on the shift that you would like to cancel. If you cancel a filled shift within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged 4 hours of the business rate.

On the day of the shift, their contact number becomes available for any immediate coordination needs. If you have any specific inquiries about the professional you've been paired with, we encourage you to get in touch with your dedicated account manager or use the chat feature located in the lower left corner of your dashboard for quick communication.
Toothio values your feedback and we encourage you to rate your experience after every shift. Giving a 'Thumbs up' signals your approval, adding that professional to your preferred pool for future engagements. A 'Thumbs down' indicates they weren't the right match, effectively removing them from being considered for your future shifts. Additionally, we offer a "Happiness Guarantee": if you're dissatisfied with a professional within the first four hours, you can opt to send them home without incurring any charge for their time, and we'll arrange for a replacement to meet your practice's needs.
To cancel a shift, navigate to the 'Upcoming Shifts' tab in your dashboard and select 'Manage' for the shift you wish to cancel. Please note, if you cancel a shift that has already been filled less than 24 hours before it's due to start, a fee equivalent to 4 hours at the business rate will be applied.
Yes, we take care of all administrative tasks, including making direct payments to the professionals, as well as managing tax paperwork and liability issues, monitoring clock-in/out times, and performing one-on-one vetting of each professional.
Each practice account is assigned a dedicated Toothio account manager, serving as your primary point of contact. Additionally, you have access to a Toothio support number for additional assistance. For immediate support, simply text the Toothio support number.
We offer both a pay-as-you-go option and a subscription. With the pay-as-you-go option, we charge an hourly fee for each shift. If you sign up for a subscription, you save 20% per hour with a subscription. However, a subscription is NOT required to use our platform or keep your account.
As a Toothio subscriber, you'll benefit from a 20% hourly discount on every shift. If you utilize us for more than 3 or 4 shifts a month, we recommend subscribing to a plan making it more cost-effective for your practice. Additionally, you'll receive round-the-clock support from a dedicated account manager, ensuring assistance is always available when you need it.
To cancel your subscription, go to the 'Billing' tab in your dashboard where you have the option to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until its scheduled end date.
