Patient-Centered Dental General Assistant
Join a friendly, positive dental office that puts patients first and utilizes state-of-the-art technology. We're seeking a dedicated Dental General Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our team and provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
- Coordinate patient care and maintain a positive patient experience
- Perform sterilization duties and ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Capture high-quality X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification required)
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Assist with patient scheduling and record-keeping as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Required certifications: DANB X-ray Certification, CPR/BLS
- Preferred certifications: EFDA, Dental Assistant Certification, Coronal Polish Certification, RDA (if applicable)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Comfortable working with state-of-the-art dental technology
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday
