Overview
We’re seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. This flexible role offers full-time or part-time availability with open shifts Monday–Wednesday (8 AM–5 PM) and some Fridays (8 AM–12 PM). Enjoy competitive compensation and a monthly bonus program designed to reward excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take digital radiographs
- Deliver preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants; contribute to patient-centered treatment discussions
- Utilize DentalAI and Overjet to support patient education and case acceptance
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and home care routines
- Collaborate with dentists and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience
Requirements
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active RDH license or eligibility for licensure (state license required prior to start date)
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- X-ray certification required; local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide permit a plus
- Passion for preventive care and patient education
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
