We are a well-established private pediatric dental practice that has proudly served our community for nearly 10 years. In this part-time or full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental hygiene services to our young patients from their first visit to high school smiles! We are particularly interested in candidates who thrive in team settings and communicate effectively, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and safe during their visits. Your ability to build rapport with children and their parents is essential, as we believe that positive dental experiences contribute to a lifetime of good oral health.
Responsibilities
- Performing simple prophys, fluoride treatments, and placing sealants.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
- Opportunity to be involved in community events.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have experience with or enjoy working with special needs patients.
- Demonstrate proficiency with dental software systems such as Dentrix and DEXIS.
- We prioritize your safety and well-being, providing you with high-quality personal protective equipment and the highest levels of infection control standards.
Work Schedule
- You will enjoy a work schedule that allows for quality patient interactions, seeing one patient at a time, typically spending 30-40 minutes with each individual.
- Our one-hour lunch break ensures you have ample time to recharge throughout the day.
Compensation

- ~401k option with safe harbor match of 100% of the first 3% of compensation
- ~Dental benefits include 100% courtesy discount on preventative and restorative treatment that can be done in the office after 3 mos employment for employee and for legal spouse/partner and children.
- ~Orthodontic benefits include $800 for full orthodontic treatment or $1,700 for Invisalign after 3 mos employment. Family benefits available as well: free ortho records and 50% off office orthodontic fee.
- ~Vision benefits available through VSP

- ~PTO: up to 40 hours for the first year and up to 75 hours after that.
