Dental Assistant – Full-Time Scottsdale, AZ

Candidate Qualifications We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong clinical and interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred • X-ray certification required • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred • Strong communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities • Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures • Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with regulations • Perform iTero scanning • Assist with same-day crowns and restorative procedures • Support Invisalign treatment procedures • Maintain operatory cleanliness and sterilization protocols • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment • Contribute to a positive team environment
Schedule • Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) • No Fridays. No weekends.
